Privacy policy

This policy explains how villasforsaleinturkey.com handles personal data. For owners, we collect the account email address, name and phone number, the listing details and photos they submit, and the title deed document they upload for verification. The title deed is seen only by our team and is never published.

When a buyer uses the contact form on a listing, we receive the name, contact details and message entered and forward them to the owner of that listing. Reports about listings are read only by our team.

We use this data to run the site: to manage owner accounts, check and publish listings, translate listing text, forward buyer messages, prevent fraud and answer requests. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

The site and its data are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. We keep account and listing data while the account or listing is active, and afterwards only as long as needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Title deed documents and forwarded messages are kept no longer than necessary for those purposes.

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data and object to its processing. We use a single, strictly necessary cookie: a session cookie that keeps owners signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or any other cookies.
