villasforsaleinturkey.com is an online platform where owners list villas for sale and buyers contact them directly. We are not a party to any sale, do not act as an agent for either side and do not handle payments between buyers and sellers.

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, description, photos and location, and confirm that they own the property or are legally authorised to sell it. Owners may only upload photos and text they have the right to use.

Our team checks the title deed submitted for each listing before it is published. This check compares the document with the listing and does not guarantee the legal status of the property. We may refuse, suspend or remove any listing or account, in particular where information is inaccurate or misleading or where we receive a credible report.

The site is free for buyers. We never ask buyers for fees, deposits or any other payment; any such request made in our name is fraudulent and should be reported to us.

Buyers should carry out their own independent legal and technical checks before buying, including verifying the title deed at the Land Registry with an independent lawyer. The information on this site, including the guides, is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from dealings between users.
