How it works for owners

  1. Create your owner account and add your villa: photos, price, details and a description in your own language.

  2. Upload your title deed (tapu) or agency authorisation. It is only seen by our team, never published.

  3. Press send: your listing is translated automatically into English, Turkish, Russian, German, Arabic, Persian, Ukrainian and Dutch. You can correct any translation yourself.

  4. After our check the listing goes live. Buyer messages arrive in your owner panel.
